SBI PO: Reasoning sample questions

The state bank of India is set to take an entrance examination for the recruitment of 1837 poles of the official test. The review will include two parts, Part A contains objective type questions and Part B is a descriptive review. The objective type document consists of four sections with 50 questions: reasoning, data analysis and interpretation, general knowledge, marketing, computer science and English. The best way to prepare for a test to solve the questions on Show. Show that the following questions have been provided by the SBI PO recruitment exam for 2014. Be sure to review your answers at the end! Reasoning This is a test to see how well you can think and also to judge your aptitude / knowledge to work with the computer. It contains questions of various types. Here are some example questions. P.1. If the letters of the word TOPS can be reordered to form a meaningful word beginning with O, the last letter of that word is your answer. If more than one word can be formed, M is the answer and if such a word can not be formed, X is the answer. T P M S X Q.2. Some leaders are dishonest. Satyapriya is a leader. Which of the following inferences definitely follows from these statements? Satyapriya is honest Satyapriya is dishonest Some leaders are honest Leaders are generally dishonest Satyapriya is sometimes dishonest Q.3. Anyone over the age of eighteen who is registered as a voter, can vote. To know if Madhu, who was born twenty years ago, can vote, which of the following additional information is necessary? Date of birth of Madhu If Madhu is registered as a voter Only I Only II I or II Neither I nor II Both I and II Q.4. Two statements followed by two conclusions numbered I and II. You have to consider that the two statements given are true although they seem to disagree with commonly known facts, consider the two conclusions; Together and then decide which of the conclusions given is logically deduced from the two statements given, regardless of commonly known facts. Statements: I. All machines are windows. All windows are clouds. Conclusions: I. All machines are clouds. II. All clouds are machines. None follows Only follow I and II follows Only II follows I or II follows5 Instructions: In each of the following questions, there are five groups of letters or words in each question. Four of these groups of letters or words are the same in some way, while one is different. Find the one that is different Ent Example. Black red green yellow painting Of the five, 'black', 'red', 'green' and 'yellow' form a group as they are the names of the colors. 'Paint' is not the name of a color. So, it is the answer. Find the right answer. Example. Foot: man :: hoof:? In the previous example, 'helmet' has the same relation to 'horse' as 'foot' has that 'man'. So, the answer is. Questions Q.7. Day: Night :: Type:? Hole Carrot Elephant Small Rat Questions also come in the form of figures, designs and drawings, but are generally divided into 3 sections: Analogies, Classification and Series.
